What if I start having a Fear of missing out moment about my whole wedding day ?
I totally get that "FOMO" feeling. While your 6–8 minute film is a beautiful highlight of the best parts, I know those "unseen" moments that realistically can't all fit in your film are just as precious to you.
Most videographers keep the rest of the footage to themselves, but I do things a little differently. I believe those memories belong to you. That’s why, once your main film is delivered, I also send over every bit of footage recorded. You won’t have to wonder what happened while you were busy being the stars of the show—you’ll get to own the whole story, start to finish.
How do I not feel I have to wait too long to see a glimpse of my wedding day ?
I’ve heard so many stories of couples feeling like their wedding is a distant memory by the time they see any footage. It’s hard to stay excited when you’re five months into marriage and haven't seen a single frame of your day!
I don't want that for you. I want you to relive that "just married" magic while it’s still fresh. That’s why I deliver a beautiful teaser within 1 to 7 days of your wedding. You won't even hit your one-week anniversary without a beautiful glimpse of your day to share with friends and family. It keeps the spark alive while I take the time to perfect your main film.
How do I know I won't be "ghosted" after the wedding?
We’ve all heard the horror stories—the wedding ends, and then it’s total silence until you have to reach out and ask, "Hey, is my film ready?" I think you deserve better than that. I want you to feel as prioritized after the wedding as you did before it.
Think of it like tracking an Amazon delivery, but for your memories. From the night of your wedding, I’ll keep you in the loop: I’ll let you know when your footage is safely backed up, when I’ve started the editing process, and exactly when to expect your film. You won’t get buried in notifications, but you’ll always know exactly where your story stands so you never have to wonder.
FEEL PRIORITIZED THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS
You deserve to feel like the priority throughout your entire engagement, which is why I offer an open-door policy with unlimited planning calls to answer every question as it arises, including a guaranteed logistics deep-dive one month before your wedding to finalize every detail.
To ensure nothing is missed as your vision evolves, you’ll receive two intentional questionnaires—one right at booking and another thirty days out—all while we prepare for your "Story Strategy" Session, a 30-minute deep-dive call focused on your family dynamics and the heart of your celebration, not just the logistics.
How do I manage my timeline to fit into the hourly coverages
I don’t think your wedding should be squeezed into a rigid window. For your story to feel authentic, it needs to be captured from beginning to end—from the getting ready to the final exit.
Think of it like a movie: you wouldn’t want to start after the characters are introduced or leave before the finale. That’s why I’ve done away with hourly rates and only offer full-day coverage (up to 12 hours). I want to be there for the whole story so you don’t have to spend your wedding day watching the clock.
How do I know that no moments on the day are missed?
t’s a valid worry—there is so much happening at once on a wedding day, and there are limits to what one person can physically catch. I don't want you to have to choose between a shot of your reaction or your partner’s.
That’s why I always bring a second shooter. On top of our planning calls, having another filmmaker there means we have twice the eyes on your day. While I’m focused on you, they are catching the guests and those "hidden" moments. It simply means twice the footage and the peace of mind that nothing important slips through the cracks.
How do I stop being the middleman for all my vendors?
I’ll be honest: I hate the "telephone game." When information has to pass through too many people, things get lost, and that’s how mistakes happen. You’re the couple—you shouldn't have to spend your time relaying emails back and forth between us.
I don't leave it up to you to be the middle person. Instead, I reach out and get in direct contact with your photographer and planner. Whether we’re syncing up our timelines or just making sure we’re all on the same page, I make sure the information is shared and everyone knows exactly how to work together. It’s all about making sure your team works in total unison so you can just relax and be present.

CELEBRATION
On your wedding day, simply enjoy the celebration! I will expertly capture every moment while you relax. Afterward, you can expect to receive your wedding trailer within 1–4 days of your wedding date, and your beautiful full film 16 to 20 weeks after your wedding date.
INQUIRY & INITIAL CALL
Head over to the Contact Page and share the details of your wedding using the inquiry form. I will promptly send you a link to schedule a discovery call. This initial chat is our chance to connect, discuss your unique story, review detailed pricing, and ensure we are I am the perfect fit for you to document your day.
BOOKING
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll finalize your chosen package. You will receive a simple digital contract and an invoice for the retainer payment. Once both are complete, your wedding date is officially reserved! This secures my dedicated presence and begins the exciting process of bringing your wedding film to life. You will also receive a brief starting initial questionnaire.
About three months before your wedding, we will schedule a dedicated Story Shoot—a relaxed session designed to capture intimate details and interviews that add beautiful depth to your final film. Following this, I'll send a comprehensive Prep Questionnaire. This is where you'll share all the essential logistics, from key family members and special moments to your final timeline, allowing me to craft a personalized shot list and ensure a seamless, stress-free execution.
